1️⃣ How do I place an order on M Bazaar?

Placing an order is simple!

  • Browse products on our website: www.mbazzar.store

  • Select your desired size and click Add to Cart.

  • Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and make payment.
    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple secure payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • Wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in select areas.

3️⃣ When will my order be delivered?

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days.

  • Rural/Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

4️⃣ How can I track my order?

After dispatch, we’ll email you a tracking ID. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or directly from your M Bazaar account under “My Orders.”

5️⃣ Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled or edited before they are shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible — but you can return eligible products after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

6️⃣ What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
